My name is David Ingamells and I own The Boxing Gyms and have been involved in personal training and boxing/mixed martial arts instruction for close to 7 years. I have seen a lot of fighters come in and out of my gym to receive some top of the line training.
I have over 37 years of boxing experience and have been personal training and teaching boxing for dose to 20 years now. I fought professionally in South Africa and the United States. At the time I was the only boxer to be ranked in the top 10 in 3 different weight classes.
In 1997 I was ranked U2 in the world and fought for the world title under promoter Don King.
